Wintermute opens US headquarters in New York and appoints policy experts
Crypto market maker Wintermute announced it will open its first U.S. headquarters in Xiacheng District of Manhattan, New York, on June 1, the network reported. At the same time, the company appointed policy veteran Ron Hammond as head of policy and advocacy. Hammond previously served as senior director of government relations at the Blockchain Association and participated in the formulation of multiple crypto industry regulatory bills.
