Zelensky: Will not attend Uzbekistan-Russia talks in Istanbul

According to online reports, Ukraine President Zelensky said at a press conference held at the Ukraine Embassy in Turkey on the 15th that he himself would not attend the Ukrainian-Russian negotiations in Istanbul, and Uzbekistan would send a high-level delegation to participate in the negotiations. He said the Ukraine delegation will be led by Defense Minister Umerov and will include representatives from the military and intelligence services. It is unclear whether the negotiation time will be the 15th or 16th.
