Under the clawback mechanism, the public offering shares increased to 16.711 million shares, accounting for 35% of the total offering. The international offering was subscribed by 9.04 times. The shares are expected to be listed on Wednesday (20th).
Chinese STAR Market-listed semiconductor material supplier SICC (688234.SH) planned to offer 47.7457 million H shares globally, with the Hong Kong public offering initially accounting for 5%. The offering price is $42.8, with an expected net fundraising of $1.938 billion.
Five cornerstone investors, including Guoneng Environmental Protection Investment Group, Mirae Asset Securities, SDG Asset Management, H&T (002402.SZ) and individual investor Lan Kun, collectively subscribed for 17.2952 million shares.
