Canary Capital submits S-1 registration application for SEI Spot ETF to the US SEC
Internet reports that Canary Capital filed an S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission late Wednesday, planning management may become the first spot SEIETF product in the United States, and the fund contains pledge elements. The proposed fund is designed to provide investors with direct access to the SEI price of the Sei network native cryptocurrency, and the assets will be hosted by BitGo and Coinbase. The trust fund plans to pledge some assets through one or more infrastructure providers, which may bring additional benefits to investors. In addition, the fund will handle the creation and redemption of shares in cash, similar to the existing spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF structures in the United States.
