According to online reports, cryptocurrency miner Bitfarms (NASDAQ/TSX: BITF) released its April operating report. The company announced a financing agreement of up to US$300 million with Macquarie Group, which will be used specifically to build a high-performance computing (HPC) data center in Panther Creek. In April, the company mined a total of 268 bitcoins, maintaining operating power at 19.5 EH/s. As of the end of April, the company held 1,005 bitcoins, valued at approximately US$94 million at the time of US$94,000 per bitcoin.
