Barclays: The Federal Reserve cut interest rates by 0.25% this week, or hint that it will end its plan to shrink the balance sheet before December

On October 28, according to Bloomberg terminal information, Barclays expects the Federal Reserve to cut interest rates by 0.25% this week, but there may be differences among Fed officials.
