INNOGEN-B (02591.HK) has announced the details of its IPO. It proposed to offer 36.5564 million H-shares globally, with the Hong Kong public offering accounting for around 10% and the international offering accounting for around 90%.
The offer price is set at HKD18.68 per share, and the entry fee for a board lot of 200 shares will be HKD3,773.68. The IPO will commence today (7th) and close at noon next Tuesday (12th), with the listing of shares expected for next Friday (15th). The joint sponsors are CITIC Securities and CICC.
INNOGEN-B has introduced cornerstone investors like Ginkgo Fund and MARKETINGFORCE (02556.HK) to subscribe to USD10 million (around HKD78.5 million) worth of shares. The company expects to net around HKD610 million from the listing.
