Vaccine company AB&B BIO-TECH-B (02627.HK) announced that due to the black rainstorm warning and extreme conditions caused by the bad weather this morning (5th), the expected timetable of the global offering as set out in the prospectus and the formal notice will be accordingly postponed.
The IPO period will be extended until noon tomorrow (6th), with the expected pricing date on Thursday (7th). The listing of shares is expected for next Monday (11th).
