The head of the IRS's digital assets division resigns after taking office in three months
Trish Turner, head of the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS)'s digital assets division, announced his resignation after just over three months in office, Internet reported. She posted on LinkedIn on Friday: After more than 20 years of service with the IRS, I have brought this extraordinary career to an end and sincerely thanked all the people who have shaped my career path and given meaning to my work. Together, we address complex challenges, build long-term projects, and lay the foundation for the IRS strategy as digital assets move from the edge to the mainstream. Turner's resignation comes just over three months after she was appointed in May to lead the digital assets division.
