NEWTREND GROUP (02573.HK), a food-grade glycine and sucralose manufacturer, announced the details of its IPO. It proposed to offer 10.5854 million H-shares globally, with Hong Kong public offering accounting for 10% (1.0586 million shares) and international offering accounting for 90% (9.5268 million shares). The offer price ranged from $18.9 to $20.9 per share, raising up to $221 million. The entry fee for a board lot of 200 shares would be around $4,222.16.

The IPO will commence today (30th) and close next Thursday (June 5), with an expected listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 10. The sponsor is CMBC Capital.
