According to online reports, the Echo platform founded by well-known crypto investor Cobie (Jordan Fish) has launched a new ICO platform Sonar, with Plasma, a stablecoin blockchain project, as its first financing project. Plasma plans to issue 1 billion XPL tokens (10% of the total supply) in this token sale, raising US$50 million at a price of US$0.05 each, bringing the project to a fully diluted valuation of US$500 million.
