NVIDIA suppliers solve rack overheating problem and start shipping Blackwell chips
Online reports that according to the Financial Times, Nvidia's (NVDA.O) supplier is accelerating the production of its flagship AI data center "rack" after resolving technical issues that caused shipment delays. Sources revealed that Nvidia partners, including Foxconn and Dell, have made a series of breakthroughs and are able to begin shipping the much-awaited "Blackwell" artificial intelligence servers. Foxconn and others said last week that shipments of GB200 racks began at the end of the first quarter and production capacity is currently expanding rapidly. Nvidia will release its quarterly results on Wednesday, local time, when investors will be closely watching whether Blackwell's shipments are back to normal after initial technical issues.
