WazirX will withdraw from Singapore and transfer to Panama, and its parent company will change its name to Zensui."

Internet reports that WazirX, a cryptocurrency exchange mainly for Indian users, is moving its operating headquarters from Singapore to Panama and changing its parent company, Zettai, to Zensui. The move came after a Singapore court refused to approve the company's reorganization plan. According to emails sent to users by WazirX, its parent company has registered a subsidiary Zensui Corporation in Panama and is preparing to transfer the platform's cryptocurrency-related services to the entity. Previously, the Monetary Authority of Singapore set a deadline of June 30, requiring local encryption service providers to stop providing digital token services to overseas markets.
