Internet reports that on the evening of the 21st local time, Ukraine President Zelensky said in his speech that Ukraine has completed preparations for the upcoming meeting with its European partners and will sign a new agreement on defense capabilities this week. Zelensky said the agreement will in fact become part of Ukraine's long-term security guarantee and provide lasting protection to the country and people.
