The Internet reported that according to Bloomberg, the British government will establish a position of "Digital Market Leader" to lead and coordinate the private sector's work on tokenization in wholesale financial markets. Lucy Rigby, Secretary of State for Economic Affairs at the Ministry of Finance, said the position will promote the use of blockchain technology to achieve tokenized issuance, trading and settlement of assets such as traditional stocks and bonds.
