HAITIAN FLAV (03288.HK), a leader in China's condiment sector, announced the details of its IPO. It proposed to offer around 263 million shares globally, with Hong Kong public offering accounting for 15.7943 million shares and international offering accounting for 247 million shares. The offer price ranged from HKD35 to HKD36.3 per share, and the entry fee for a board lot of 100 shares would be HKD3,666.62.

The IPO will commence today (11th) and close at noon next Monday (16th), with the listing of shares expected for next Thursday (19th). The joint sponsors are Morgan Stanley, CICC and Goldman Sachs.

Based on the median offer price of HKD35.65, it is expected that HAITIAN FLAV will raise net proceeds of about HKD9.27 billion from the listing.
