Nio Inc (NYSE: NIO) holds high hopes for its sub-brand Onvo's flagship SUV (sport utility vehicle) model L90, and the vehicle is demonstrating strong momentum.
Onvo president Shen Fei shared a video on Weibo today showing Nio's factory operating around the clock to ship L90 vehicles.
"This is an incredibly inspiring video... The assembly lines are running around the clock, trucks are heading out in all directions, and we are accelerating deliveries," Shen wrote.
Shen's remarks indicate that the L90 production line is operating on two or three shifts to make up for initial production shortages.

Onvo officially launched the L90 on July 31 and began deliveries of the SUV the following day on August 1.
Onvo produced a large number of vehicles in advance for the L90, laying the foundation for rapid delivery.
The brand delivered 1,976 units of the L90 within the first 72 hours of deliveries, making it the third-best-selling large SUV in China during the week of July 28 to August 3, according to a report by local media outlet Yiche yesterday.
