Photovoltaic cell manufacturer DRINDA (02865.HK) announced the details of its IPO. It proposed to offer 63.4323 million shares globally, with Hong Kong public offering accounting for 10% and international offering accounting for 90%.
The offer price ranged from $20.4 to $28.6 per share, and the entry fee for a board lot of 100 shares would be $2,888.84. The IPO will commence today (April 28) and close at noon next Friday (May 2), with the listing of shares expected for May 8.
The joint sponsors are Huatai International, CMB International, and Deutsche Bank.
