Due to the ongoing dispute in relation to Shoulang Jiyuan, SHOUGANG LANZA (02553.HK) announced that there will be a further postponement of the global offering and the listing, and the global offering and the listing will not proceed pursuant to the supplemental prospectus.
After abruptly halting its global offering last week, SHOUGANG LANZA reopened its IPO earlier this week, with pricing originally scheduled for today (11th) and listing set for next Tuesday (15th).
