Coinbase CEO publicly invites former DOGE personnel to join the company
Online reports, Decrypt reported that Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong issued an "open recruitment invitation" to former Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) employees on social platforms to provide accelerated recruitment channels. The move stems from a popular FOX News interview clip in which former DOGE member and Harvard dropout Ethan Shaotran talked about social exclusion because of his tenure at the agency. Armstrong said he welcomed these technical talents who have served the country to "join Coinbase next to build a more efficient financial system." The agency was created by the Trump administration with the goal of cutting spending and promoting the efficiency of government operations, and Elon Musk also participated in the leadership.
