The article praised the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve (SBR) and called the governor a "staunch supporter of cryptocurrencies." Greg Abbott will definitely sign SBR into law. It was previously reported that the state of Texas passed the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Act SB21. The bill passed the third reading with 101 votes in favor and 42 votes against. It has now been submitted to the governor's office for signature.
