Onvo L90 reaches 30,000th delivery, Oct volume poised to surpass 10,000 again

Onvo today saw the 30,000th delivery of its flagship L90 SUV (sport utility vehicle), just 86 days after its first delivery.
The Nio Inc (NYSE: NIO) sub-brand announced the milestone on its mobile app today, saying the L90 is on track to surpass 10,000 deliveries for three consecutive months.
The latest milestone indicates Onvo has delivered 8,428 units of the L90 this month. Cumulative deliveries for the electric SUV reached 21,572 units by the end of September, according to data compiled by CnEVPost.
The 30,000th Onvo L90 was delivered to renowned Chinese actress Hai Qing, adding another celebrity to Onvo's owners.
On September 29, the L90 reached its 20,000th delivery to Chinese actor Xiaoshenyang.
Onvo officially launched the L90 on July 31 and commenced deliveries the following day, August 1.
In August and September, the L90 delivered 10,575 and 10,997 units respectively.
The L90 comes standard with an 85-kWh battery pack, with a starting price of RMB 265,800 (about $37,320) including the battery pack, considered competitive.
Under the BaaS battery rental program, the Onvo L90 starts at RMB 179,800, with a monthly battery rental fee of RMB 899.
The L90 is Onvo's second model following the L60 midsize electric SUV and has become one of Nio Inc's highest monthly delivery performers.
Nio launched the Onvo brand on May 15, 2024, and officially introduced the L60 on September 19.
On September 19, Onvo launched the updated L60, with deliveries scheduled to commence in mid-to-late October.
