AI model market platform OpenRouter receives US$40 million in financing, led by a16z and others
According to online reports, AI model market platform OpenRouter announced that it has completed US$40 million in seed and Series A financing, with a valuation of approximately US$500 million. This round of financing was led by Andreessen Horowitz and Menlo Ventures, with Sequoia and many well-known investors in the industry participating. Funding will be used for product development, introducing new model types and expanding corporate support.
