On May 24, Solana issued a document announcing the launch of a new verification service called Solana Attestation Service (SAS), which can be used to verify any content and aims to provide a layer of trust for the Internet capital market. SAS allows off-chain data to be associated with any Solana wallet, and applications can now verify information such as KYC/ID, investor authentication and on-chain reputation, while maintaining privacy through signature verification.
