According to online reports, according to an official announcement, Binance Alpha will launch Overlay Protocol(OVL) at 07:30(UTC) on August 14, 2025. After the transaction starts, users with at least 200 Binance Alpha points can receive an airdrop of 111 OVL tokens on a first-come, first-served basis. If the reward pool is not fully allocated, the points threshold will be automatically lowered by 15 points per hour.
