Online reports that Digital Currency Group filed a lawsuit against its subsidiary Genesis over $1.1 billion in accounts receivable in the aftermath of the cryptocurrency market crash. In the indictment, Digital Currency Group said it tried to fill a potential "gap" after the collapse of cryptocurrency hedge fund Three Arrows Capital in 2022. Digital Currency Group is asking a court to order Genesis Global Capital to pay it more than $105 million in payments and interest.
