DXY, a digital healthcare company that operates a comprehensive platform connecting doctors, patients, hospitals, and biopharmaceutical companies in China, is preparing for a Hong Kong listing and could submit its prospectus as early as this year, Chinese media reported.

Since its founding, DXY's parent company has completed five rounds of financing, according to data from the Tianyancha App. Its investors include XIAOMI-W (01810.HK) founder Lei Jun's Shunwei Capital and TENCENT (00700.HK) .
