Avalanche and Filecoin launch cross-chain data bridge
According to online reports, Avalanche developer Ava Labs and the Filecoin Foundation announced the launch of a native cross-chain data bridge based on the Filecoin Virtual Machine (FEVM) to connect the Avalanche C-Chain and Filecoin networks, aiming to provide a verifiable decentralized storage solution for Web3 applications. The cross-chain bridge also supports the deployment of the Avalanche Fuji Test Network and the Filecoin Calibration Test Network.
