According to the Internet, according to the New York Times, according to three people familiar with the matter, the U.S. railway management agency, the Federal Railway Administration, has introduced the tunnel excavation company founded by Musk, the Boring Company, to assist a multi-billion dollar Amtrak project. The project is a new tunnel built on a busy stretch of road between Baltimore, Washington and Virginia. Amtrak initially expected the project to cost $6 billion, but now estimates it could be as high as $8.5 billion.
