Zeta Network reaches approximately $230 million in securities purchase agreement paid in Bitcoin
According to online reports, Zeta Network, a Nasdaq-listed company, announced that it has reached a securities purchase agreement to raise US$230,837,060.2 through the sale of Class A common shares and warrants. The funds will be paid in the form of Bitcoin or the encapsulated BTC token SolvBTC. The transaction is expected to be completed on October 16, 2025, provided that customary transaction conditions are met, and the resulting Bitcoin will be included in the company's balance sheet.
