Internet reports that Laser Digital, a cryptocurrency trading subsidiary of Japan's Nomura Bank, has obtained the first over-the-counter (OTC) cryptocurrency option limited license under the Dubai Virtual Assets Authority (VARA) pilot framework. Under the license, Laser Digital will become the first institution under VARA supervision to provide direct-to-customer cryptocurrency over-the-counter options services.
