Texas judge supports Internet celebrity Logan Paul in rejecting a class-action lawsuit against his NFT project CryptoZoo

Online reports, Cointelegraph reported that a Texas District Court judge recommended supporting Internet celebrity Logan Paul in rejecting a class-action lawsuit filed against his NFT project Crypto Zoo. Judge Ronald Griffin said the plaintiffs had failed to sufficiently establish a connection between Paul and his financial losses. Judge Griffin recommended allowing the plaintiff to amend all 27 charges except commodity pool fraud. The class action lawsuit was filed in February 2023, accusing CryptoZoo of being a "runaway" that failed to fulfill its promise.
