A Sci-tech Innovation Board-listed company in Mainland China, XGIMI TECHNOLOGY (688696.SH) , a manufacturer and distributor in the smart projection and laser television sector, announced that it is planning to issue overseas listed shares (H shares) and apply for listing on the Main Board in Hong Kong.
As of now, the company is discussing the relevant work for this H share issuance and listing with related intermediary institutions, and the details of this H share issuance and listing have yet to be determined.
