Coinbase: Plans to open a new support center in the United States, employees involved in data breach have been fired

According to online reports, Coinbase previously disclosed that hackers stole some personal information of less than 1% of active users by bribing overseas customer service personnel, but did not involve passwords, private keys or funds. As of now, Coinbase has not disclosed how many customers have been affected, only emphasizing that customer passwords and private keys are always protected by the system. Relevant personnel involved in this case have been fired and enhanced anti-fraud monitoring measures will be implemented. In addition, Coinbase also revealed plans to establish a new support center in the United States and take other precautions.
