Tesla investors want Musk to work at least 40 hours a week
Internet reported that Tesla (TSLA.O) investors wrote to Tesla's chairman on Wednesday that Elon Musk needs to spend more time with Tesla. They wrote in the letter,"Tesla's share price fluctuations, declining sales and plunging global reputation are all cause for serious concerns. In addition, many issues are related to Musk's behavior beyond his tenure as technology king and CEO at Tesla, including his high-profile role as an architect of the U.S. Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE)." They believe Tesla is facing a "crisis" in part because of Musk's "absence" and the board's seeming "unwillingness to act in the best interest of all Tesla shareholders." Investors want Tesla's board to require Musk to work at least 40 hours a week as a condition of any new salary plan they may arrange for him.
