Internet reports that Trump posted a lengthy post in response to recent court rulings on his trade policy, saying that the U.S. Court of International Trade had made an unbelievable ruling against the United States on much-needed tariffs, but fortunately, the 11-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit had just suspended the ruling. The ruling of the US Court of International Trade is so wrong and so politicized! It is hoped that the Supreme Court will quickly and decisively overturn this terrible and nation-threatening decision. This horrific decision showed that I would have to get approval from Congress to impose these tariffs. In other words, hundreds of politicians will sit in Washington for weeks, even months, trying to draw conclusions on how to charge us for unfair trade practices.
