Online reports that this morning (26th) Beijing time, Trump announced a number of tariff measures on his social platform, including imposing a 25% tariff on all imported heavy trucks, and imposing a 50% tariff on all kitchen cabinets, bathroom dressers and related products. A 50% tariff on products, a 30% tariff on upholstered furniture, and a 100% tariff on drugs from companies that have not started construction of pharmaceutical factories (under construction) in the United States.
