Putin proposed to resume direct talks between Russia and Ukraine in Turkey on the 15th

Putin proposed to resume direct talks between Russia and Ukraine in Istanbul, Turkey on May 15. Putin said he would call with the Turkish president to discuss holding Russia-Ukraine talks.
