Solana: L1 protocol should be flexible enough so that applications will not leave
According to online reports, Solana Toly posted on X that the underlying L1 protocol should be flexible enough to allow applications to conduct business in any way they want. If applications can differ in priority and grow the business in this way, they will. If the L1 agreement hinders their growth, they will leave L1. It's that simple. Whether an idea is good or bad, it doesn't matter. Even stopping apps from trying bad ideas that they think could help growth can inspire them to leave L1.
