Trump will announce $70 billion in AI and energy investments, and executives from BlackRock and other companies will be on site
Internet reports that U.S. President Trump will announce a $70 billion investment plan in artificial intelligence (AI) and energy in Pennsylvania on Tuesday, the latest step taken by the White House to accelerate the development of this emerging technology. Investment from multiple companies will include building new data centers, expanding power generation facilities, upgrading power grid infrastructure, and providing AI training programs and apprenticeship programs. As many as 60 leading figures in the AI and energy fields are expected to attend. Those expected to attend include BlackRock's Larry Fink, Palantir Technologies Inc. Alex Karp, Anthropic's Dario Amodi, ExxonMobil's Darren Woods and Chevron's Mike Worth.
