Kaito: He signed a market-making agreement with Web3 Port and terminated the cooperation after it was investigated by CEX

On May 15, Kaito issued an article on the X platform stating that Kaito and Web3 Port had previously signed a market-making agreement, but voluntarily terminated the transaction on February 27. This agreement was one of several market-making agreements reached by Kaito around TGE on February 20. One of the agreements is designed to support the stability of initial transaction prices. Within a week, Kaito felt that the implementation of the Web3Port had deviated from its original intention and quickly decided to terminate the project. The incident occurred before negative reports on the Web3Port in March and subsequent trading platform investigations. Since TGE, the Kaito Foundation has never sold a single KAITO token. In fact, the Kaito Foundation has been a net buyer of the token through its ongoing repurchase program.
