Sui: Support the Cetus upgrade agreement but will give up voting, requiring Cetus to pay users in full

According to online reports, Sui officials posted on social media saying that earlier today, Cetus launched a community vote proposal to upgrade the agreement to return frozen funds (without the need to roll back records on the chain or revoke transactions). This is a special request under special circumstances-it is related to the security of Cetus user assets. After careful consideration, the Sui team decided to support its on-chain voting proposal, with two additional conditions: · Sui officials will remain neutral on the voting results and waive voting rights. Sui's responsibility is to design and implement a decision-making process that reflects the collective will of the Sui community.(Specific plans and codes will be announced soon); · Cetus must publicly promise to use all financial resources to recover assets until all users receive full compensation.
