Global listed companies bought a net $628 million in Bitcoin last week

According to online reports, data shows that as of July 14, 2025, the total weekly net inflow of Bitcoin allocation by global listed companies (excluding mining companies) last week was US$628 million. Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) restarted Bitcoin purchases last week, investing a total of US$472.5 million and increasing its holdings of 4,225 bitcoins at a price of US$111,827, bringing its total holdings to 601,550. Japanese-listed company Metaplane has continued to increase its holdings for five consecutive weeks. Last week, it invested US$93.6 million to increase its holdings of 797 bitcoins at a price of $117,451, bringing its total holdings to 16,352. Five other companies made new purchases last week, three of which increased their holdings by more than $10 million. As of press time, the total number of bitcoins held by global listed companies (excluding mining companies) in the statistics is 672,590, and the current market value is approximately US$81.9 billion, accounting for 3.38% of the market value of Bitcoin in circulation.
