According to online reports, the Aleo Network Foundation (Aleo) announced the appointment of Josh Hawkins, an executive at stablecoin issuer Circle, as executive vice president of strategy, policy and communications, responsible for global communications and policy development to support the construction of the next generation of private, decentralized application infrastructure.
