Meta attempts to poach OpenAI employees with $100 million signing bonus

Internet reports, Decrypt reported that OpenAI CEO Sam Altman Ultraman said that Meta is trying to attract OpenAI's artificial intelligence researchers by offering signing bonuses of up to US$100 million and generous annual salaries, but no employees currently accept these conditions. Despite this, Meta is still actively recruiting, including having CEO Mark Zuckerberg personally contact researchers. At the same time, talent competition in the artificial intelligence industry is becoming increasingly fierce and salary levels are rising. Anthropic and Google's DeepMind lead in talent retention rates, and OpenAI is also trying to retain its top talents.
