Online report, AMD(AMD.O): The U.S. Department of Commerce is evaluating a license to export MI308 chips to China. AMD(AMD.O) U.S. stocks rose before the session and are now up more than 5%. Market sources said that once the license is approved, AMD(AMD.O) will resume shipping MI308 chips to China.
