Ten funding companies purchased 550,000 ETH units within 30 days, worth US$1.65 billion
According to online reports, according to Kyle Reidhead, co-founder of Milk Road, in the past 30 days, 10 Ethereum funding companies have purchased more than 550,000 ETH units, with a total value of approximately US$1.65 billion, and the purchase speed is accelerating. Among them, SharpLink Gaming purchased more than 75,000 ETH units (approximately US$225 million) in the past 5 days. New ETH capital companies are established every week, and purchases are expected to continue to expand in the coming months. Reidhead pointed out that these capital companies, unlike ETFs, currently only buy but not sell, and transfer the purchased ETH (accounting for 0.5% of the circulation) into Ethereum DeFi smart contracts for collateral or borrowing. This trend may lead to a tightening of ETH supply in the coming months, with a significant impact on the market.
