JPMorgan Chase: Bank of Japan's September meeting minutes indicate that it will gradually shift to a hawkish stance

According to online reports, JPMorgan Chase said that minutes of the Bank of Japan's September meeting showed that the policy committee would gradually turn hawkish. A growing number of people are expressing belief that economic growth is "relatively stable," inflation may remain near target, and policy normalization should continue. Several BoJ members said they would like to see the results of the Tankan survey due to be released on Wednesday to confirm that it is time to "return to the monetary policy stance of raising policy rates" and set it "closer to neutral rates."
