Internet reports that the three major U.S. stock indexes all closed up sharply, with the Nasdaq rising 4.35%, and the S & P 500 index rising 3.26%, both reaching new closing highs since March 3; the Dow rose 2.81%, setting a new closing high since March 27. Most large technology stocks rose, with Amazon rising more than 8%, Meta rising more than 7%, Apple and Tesla rising more than 6%, NVIDIA rising more than 5%, Google and Intel rising more than 3%, Microsoft rising more than 2%. Netflix fell more than 2%.
