The police used Chainalysis Reactor to track the flow of funds along the chain and collaborate across borders. They arrested the main offender in Thailand and extradited him to South Korea 106 days later. About 14 billion won have been recovered. The gang was accused of invading and transferring funds by illegally opening mobile phone accounts and counterfeiting agency personnel.
